Derrumbes Michoacan Mezcal

This mezcal from Derrumbes is a herbal, piney combination of Cupreata and Alto agave that is distilled in traditional Philippine-style wooden stills. Aromas of green ferns, freshly-cut grass, pine needles, ash, sweetcorn and earthy minerals fill the nose, complemented by notes of black pepper spice, sweet fruit, aromatic agave, garden herbs, campfire smoke, apples and green peppers throughout the palate.
